Liz is a gentle and kind person with hands of steel. She’s able to locate problem muscle knots and get to the heart of the pain. I highly recommend her for active, athletic individuals, and those encumbered by stress and tension. Liz will get into those muscles and provide the relief that’s needed. You’ll be drinking water when you get home. She’s my go to!

Liz has been my massage therapist for a decade. I drive a bit further to see her when she changed locations but she is well worth the trip! Liz is always great about asking me which areas of my body need attention and then makes sure that she addresses those needs. Every time I see her I feel so much better leaving than when I arrived. My stress levels go down, my muscles feel relaxed, and a sense of calm returns. I hope to see Liz for monthly massages for at least the next 10 years!

Liz is my favorite massage therapist (and I was searching for years before I met her) because she truly can identify issues in the muscles and fix them based on her initial assessment. The therapy she offers is customized to your personal needs and I have found that her deep tissue massage is the best I've had because she actually gets underneath my shoulder blade and releases that knot. I have an incredibly high pain tolerance and require a very deep tissue massage and Liz delivers every time. Not only that, she's awesome to talk with and I've enjoyed getting to know her over the years!
